To God be the glory. It seems as though once 2PraiseGod was launched, God has sent people to share their testimonies with me. Yesterday I was watching a video and in the video this young women was giving her testimony. She shared how she was delivered from fornication and masturbation. I was blessed by it because I never heard a person give a testimony about being delivered from these two things and it showed (once again) that God can save you from anything if you open your heart to Him.
What caught my attention was when she talked about stealing God’s glory. How? Because she never shared with others what the Lord has delivered her from. I encourage you to check out the video (below) and website (www.p4cm.com).
Testimony of God’s Healing Power
Once I heard her testimony including the many testimonies of others, I wanted to share one of the things the Lord has done for me. For a year, maybe even a year and a half, I was dealing with extreme lower back pains. When I first noticed it, I thought little of it and thought it would go away in a matter of hours, however I was wrong. These back pain continued on for months and months. It was hard for me to sit, stand, or even sleep. I remember wanting to go to the doctor to see what was going on because I was really scared that this pain would walk with me for the rest of my life (and I’m only 21). Though I had the urge to see the doctor, I didn’t. Looking back on it now, I thank God I didn’t because my testimony only proves that God is truly a healer.
I always heard about God’s amazing healing power. The Bible provides many examples of God healing people. I remember my mother telling me the power in the tongue and being careful of what I speak out or over myself; for the bible says that “life and death are in the power of the tongue and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof” (Proverbs 18:21). After a year of dealing with this horrible pain, I decided to put God to the test.
I searched through God’s Holy Word and found a scripture on healing and decided to use Isaiah 53:5 which toward the end states,” and by his wounds we are healed.” I took this scripture and begin decreeing and declaring healing upon myself in the name of Jesus. I had the Word of God included in this declaration of healing and I knew there was power in doing so. I believed God for my healing and had faith that He was going to do it. Each morning, when I woke up I would do this. I was decreeing and declaring the Word of God until I saw results.
What Happened?
Within the first week, my lower back pains were significantly decreased but I believed God for COMPLETE healing so I didn’t stop with the first sign of healing. I kept speaking healing upon myself in Jesus name for about another week. It was during the second week when I notice I could actually stand longer than 5 minutes and my back wasn’t hurting; it was then that I noticed that I could actually sleep at night without pain. It was then when I realized I was COMPLETELY HEALED! I didn’t need doctors, I didn’t need pain killers, I didn’t need medication to temporarily stop the pain. I needed Jesus and I called on Him, He came to my rescue. He healed my lower back completely and now I’m no longer dealing with back pains and I praise God for it.
I pray that you’re blessed and encouraged by this testimony. Surely God is more than able to heal your body from any pain your going through. Speak the word of God over yourself without ceasing. Remember you’re healed according to your faith. God says that if you have the faith of a mustard seed, you can move mountains. What are your mountains? Is it pain, finances, marriage? Whatever your mountain is, how much are you believing God to step in and fix it? If you’re believing God for partial, that’s what you’re going to get (partial results). However, when your believing God for complete results, continue decreeing and declaring your declarations without ceasing (stopping) until that mountain is moved. What does this mean? It means that if it takes a day, a week, 3 months or even a year for your declarations to manifest, don’t be weary, believe God for what you need and He will show up. He moved my mountain and He’s more than able to move yours. Believe and receive in Jesus name.

My husband is facing major back surgery and has intense pains. I believe and know that God will heal him, but I would like you to stand in agreement with me. I believe that you standing with me can produce the outcome that God has done so many times before…Thank you

Hi Octavia. I will definitely stand in agreement with you in Jesus name. Jesus Christ has shown his people many times that He’s a God who is more than able to heal. God has even healed me to demonstrate his miraculous works. I will keep your husband as well as yourself lifted up in prayer. I’m believing the Lord for 100% complete healing for him. As i pray for Him, i encourage your husband to find scriptures of healing (i.e. by His [Jesus Christ] strips, we are healed. Isaiah 53:5) and have your husband every day decree and declare these powerful scriptures over himself each and everyday until He’s made whole in Jesus name. God bless you. I will pray for him and I look forward to hearing a praise report soon.

Being a survivor of cancer myself, I do firmly believe that faith, and prayer does much more good that the medications, the surgery, the dedicated nurses and averything else.
Remove God from the equation, and nothing becomes possible, no matter how good the doctors are.

Hi Octavia, I will pray for your husband. There is amazing power in prayer and I wanted to share my brother’s story as a testament to God’s love and mercy. About a year ago to date, my brother, at the age of 20 started having lower back pain. He was a junior in college, and at the time, he was a remarkable athlete. He played all sorts of sports and just brushed the pain off as muscle pain or a sports injury. After a few months, the pain became so severe that he could not get up to go to class or sleep through the night. During Thanksgiving break, when he came home, we all realized how severe it was, and my parents took him to the doctor immediately. After about a month of tests, the doctors told us that there was a tumor about five inches in length growing on the nerves of his spinal cord, and on New Year’s Day, he was diagnosed with Non-Hodgekin’s Lymphoma. It was a nightmare. We were in total shock and disbelief, it was like living in hell for months on end.
BUT THEN THERE WAS GOD. Every single person in my family and all of my loved ones prayed like we’ve never prayed before for healing. God was so wonderful that He even put strangers in our path who prayed for my brother. The Lord has been so merciful to us, He was with us during months of torturous chemotherapy, infections and complications. But we continued to believe in Him for healing, and today, my brother is cancer free. I now know without a doubt that the Lord is with us, and He hears us when we call on Him, so continue to believe in Him and continue to pray, even in the midnight hour when the situation seems bleak. He will lift you up and answer your cry. Believe in Him in Jesus’ name.
